Yousuf Saleem
Group Managing Director
Yousuf Saleem heads overall management and day-to-day operation of the group. He has been instrumental in growing the different business verticals, focusing on new market growth and expanding exports to over 90 countries. In 2020, he played a crucial role in the expansion of Al Barakah Dates Factory L.L.C, which has since become the largest privately owned dates processing facility in the world. As Managing Director, Yousuf has been the driving force behind the diversification and advancement of the family enterprise, ensuring its continued success and innovation.
Abdulkarim Saleem

Abdulkarim Saleem joined the family business in 2020 after completing his bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship at Northeastern University, U.S.A. Since then, he has provided invaluable support across departments, spearheading innovation and product enhancement. Abdulkarim has been particularly instrumental in enhancing the Operations and Sales functions, ensuring efficiency and growth. Alongside his brother Yousuf; Abdulkarim continues to bring fresh perspectives and dynamic strategies to the business. Together, they are committed to driving the family's enterprise forward, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

A Chartered Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor with extensive experience in accounting and financial management, Mubarak has been pivotal in transforming the company’s operations from a family-run business to a process-driven organization. As Chief Financial Officer for the group today, he continues to drive strategic growth initiatives and enhance operational efficiency, contributing to the group’s advancement in the global market.
